We collect information to enable clients to book a discovery call or coaching via our website and to provide coaching services to our clients. The information we ask new and existing clients to provide is collected and categorised as:

Personal Identifiers - this is personal information about you as follows:

This information is collected to enable us to contact you to arrange and conduct coaching. This information is mandatory in order that we are able to properly identify our clients.

Contact Form - When you use our contact form, we use a third-party Wix.com form and submissions table to manage and store contact requests. The third-party software is provided by Wix.com (UK) Limited, Mazars, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU registered in England and Wales with Company Number 12576807. For the purpose of this policy, The Divorce Fairy is the Data Controller.

Scheduling of Coaching - When you book a discovery call or coaching session on our web site, we use a third-party product, Calendly, to record your name and other information you share with us. The third-party software is provided by Calendly, LLC, having its principal place of business at BB&T Tower, 271 17th Street NW, Atlanta, GA (USA). For the purposes of this policy, The Divorce Fairy is the Data Controller.

Payment Processing - When you purchase a coaching session or coaching package, we use a third-party payment processor, Stripe Payments UK Ltd, 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN registered in England and Wales with Company Number 08480771. For the purpose of this policy, The Divorce Fairy is the Data Controller.

Coaching Notes - Coaching notes are handwritten notes taken during the coaching session to enable the Coach to remember key points and plan coaching strategies. The notes do not contain identifiable data, only first names are used.

When you access our website, we will use a cookie to enable collection and storage of information to facilitate better future interactions with our site. Cookies are pieces of code that take note of your behaviour and preferences while visiting a website. Your information is securely stored. We keep coaching notes for 6 months after the last coaching session.
